We understand that sometimes things come up, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your boat rental. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business. If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours in advance, you will be able to reschedule your rental for another date and time within the same rental season, subject to availability. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations. If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance or fail to show up for your rental, there will be no refunds or rescheduling allowed. However, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may make it unsafe to operate a boat. In the event of bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental at any time. If we cancel your rental due to bad weather, you will be able to reschedule your rental for another date and time within the same rental season, subject to availability. There will be no refunds issued for cancellations due to bad weather. We highly recommend checking the weather forecast prior to your rental and rescheduling if necessary. Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any rental if we believe it is unsafe to operate the boat. Thank you for choosing our boat rental service.
